Earlier today, I officially launched my door to door campaigns for Member of Parliament for Konkola Constituency. I was honored to be accompanied by the aspiring Mayor for Chililabombwe District, Kangwa Lupele Nsofwa, the Tonse Alliance Chairperson, and our dedicated constituency leadership.
During our engagement with the people of Mvula Ward and James Phiri Ward, I shared my vision and commitment to bringing meaningful development to our constituency. My campaign is centered on creating employment opportunities, empowering our youth and women, improving access to clean water and sanitation, and ensuring that development reaches every corner of Konkola Constituency.
For too long, our people have faced challenges that require practical solutions and strong leadership. Despite being home to some of the country's richest mining activities, many families continue to struggle with unemployment, inadequate services, and limited opportunities. It is time for that to change.
Today marks more than just the launch of a campaign it marks the beginning of a new era. An era of hope, progress, and transformation. An era of Light- ULUBUTO. Together, we can build a constituency where every young person has an opportunity to succeed, every woman is empowered, and every community benefits from development.
I humbly invite all residents of Konkola Constituency to join this movement. Let us unite regardless of our differences and work together for a better future for our children and generations to come.
