MANG'UNZA WARD RALLIES BEHIND HH & UPND AS MP MUNSANJE, CLLR MILAMBO PLEDGE MORE DEVELOPMENT**

Mbabala Constituency MP Hon. Joseph S. Munsanje today commended President Hakainde Hichilema's leadership, pointing to five years of socio-economic growth and decentralization — including 7 bridges built, under construction, or awaiting commissioning across the constituency.

He reaffirmed his commitment to:
✅ Completing the Pemba Road
✅ New health posts at Mauka & Mwanancheu
✅ School upgrades in both communities
✅ Extended piped water coverage

Hon. Munsanje urged residents to protect the gains made since 2021 and reject independents and opposition dissidents who could reverse the country's progress — appealing for continuity to sustain FISP, Cash for Work, CDF, free education, bursaries, and fair maize prices.

🗣️ Councillor Hon. Holden Milambo, known as the "eyes of government resources," pledged continued vigilance against public office abuse and reassured farmers of uninterrupted fertilizer distribution.

Guest speaker Mr. Chazangwe, Choma District Chairlady Mrs. Cheelo, Campaign Manager Mr. J. Makaya, and Constituency Chairperson Hon. Hebby Sibajene all rallied residents to vote peacefully and in numbers for President Hichilema and all UPND candidates.

The people of Mang'unza responded with one voice: "Total pa Total!"

We had a successful inagural Chikuta Traditional Ceremony on 28th July under Macha Chiefdom Royal Council.

Congratulations to His Royal Highness Chief Macha and his Council. The inagural ceremony was a huge success. Lessons were learned. We shared our message on connecting with our heritage in order to shape the future. God bless you all.

NOBANA MBABALA VOTE UPND VOTE JOSEPH MUNSANJE

A few days ago in Mapanza Ward, I welcomed Mr. Fundo Silukuni and over 50 of his colleagues back to UPND after they left the Exodus Party. Humbling moment.

I renewed my pledge to the people of Maanda, Masonsa and Muyala a mini-hospital and better roads for Muyala, plus upgrades at Maanda Secondary School: boarding facilities, clean water, electricity, more desks and teachers' houses.

We reaffirmed our support for President Hakainde Hichilema's 2026–2031 agenda growing the economy, connecting the nation, serving our people.

Grateful to have been joined by Cllr. Sydney Hanakoma, Mrs. Brenda Kapenda, Mr. Twapegwa Kapeyo, Hon. Bright Chinganya and Mr. Mwamba Chileshe.
