Effective 01 September 2026, Francis Sibaanga the Chief Broking Officer has been appointed Deputy Managing Director for Minet Zambia Insurance Brokers Limited. Francis brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to our organization, and with over 30 years of industry experience, including 22 years of dedicated service at Aon/Minet. His leadership, dedication, and results have been instrumental to our growth.

This appointment recognizes Francis’ outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and the wealth of knowledge he continues to deliver to Minet. In his new role as Deputy Managing Director, Francis will continue to work closely with the Managing Director and will carry a strong and highly pronounced mandate to set and execute company strategy, oversee overall business operations, and lead to drive key business initiatives and represent Minet in senior stakeholder engagements. We are confident he will continue to lead withxcellence in this expanded capacity.

Francis holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an Advanced Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Anna M Chunga, the Claims Manager has been appointed Senior Technical Manager effective 01 September 2026. With 28 years industry experience, Anna has dedicated a total of 21 years of service with Aon/Minet. Her technical expertise and wealth of knowledge have not gone unnoticed. Her contribution has been key to upholding quality and driving innovation within the organisation. In this new role Anna will lead to ensure high-quality delivery, establish and maintainhigh technical standards, processes,and best practices. She will help drive greater operational alignment, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our teams.

Anna holds an Advanced Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Humphrey Kabwe is Managing Director of Minet Zambia and has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for the Central Region (Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique). He brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry across both local and international markets. Humphrey previously served as Managing Director of Aon Zambia and has built a distinguished career leading businesses through growth and transformation. He is recognised for his steady leadership, deep technical expertise and commitment to operational excellence.

He is an Associate and qualified financial advisor of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Zambia.
