WHAT EVERY YOUTH MUST DO IN MONGU EAST

There is money available for almost every youth in Mongu East. There are academic scholarships and grants. There is also cash for work and other programs that the government of President Hakainde and the UPND have lined up.

How do you access this cash?

1. You must work: cash for work. Small timetable jobs that give you a chance to get paid frequently. This allows you to budget both your time and income.

2. Grants: project support for your business or project. Some of this money is payable back gently over a stipulated time. We work with you.

3. Agricultural inputs: fertilizer at a subsidized rate for example and in some cases training and seed production or implementation support. We don’t want you to feel alone because you are not alone.

4. Skills training: we shall send you to college and you can access bursaries and support. We can also send you to special Teveta approved programs for specific skills such as driving schools or artisan training.

4. Other projects for you.

WHAT MUST YOU DO NOW?

Know your ward leaders especially the councilors and the WDC (Ward Development Chairmen). Know all other committees and how you can join immediately.

WHY MUST YOU APPLY?

1. You deserve the best support for your dreams.
2. Money is available so why waste it?
3. No man is an island so get involved now. Register your name now in your community.

PLEASE GO TO YOUR WARD AND SEEK HELP BEFORE DEADLINES APPROACH.

This government has money for you. Go and register so we can avail you this money and support. REGISTRATION IS AT WARD LEVEL NOT AT MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT LEVEL.

The inauguration today was emotional. Five years ago I was at the same venue for the 2021 inauguration. Today was another special day. A milestone in our future. The speech by the President was moving. The speeches by the visiting presidents were informative.

Today was memorable, history and destiny were unraveled.

Thank you God. Thank you to the people of Mongu East.
