Thank you for being part of the Royal Chosen Creative Young Minds Academy Writing Movement. We are excited to move into the next stage of our writing journey.

Entry Requirements

We invite all members to submit an original short story for consideration.

Submission Guidelines:

* Word Count: 3,000–5,000 words
* Theme: Any topic of your choice
* Originality: Stories must be your own authentic work. AI-generated content is not permitted.
* Language: Clear, engaging, and well-edited writing.
* Deadline: 15 August 2026

This is an opportunity to share your voice, showcase your creativity, and take another step toward becoming a published author. We encourage every member to participate and submit their best work.

• Create a safe space for authentic voices, emotional growth, and confidence-building
• Highlight the role of storytelling in advancing gender equality and social change
• Inspire participants to use writing as a pathway for resilience, leadership, and impact
• Foster connection, reflection, and mutual learning through shared experiences

Expected Outcomes:

• Understand writing as a therapeutic tool for healing and emotional release
• Gain practical techniques for self-reflection, stress management, and personal growth through writing
• Build confidence in expressing thoughts, experiences, and emotions through written words
• Recognize the value and impact of personal stories in inspiring others and creating change
• Develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment through creative expression
