Chiedza Chenyika Organisation at the Southern African Workcamps Conference!

We proudly reflect on our participation in the Stakeholder Presentation Day at the Southern African Workcamps Conference in the SADC region.

This impactful event brought together volunteer organisations, government ministries, and key partners such as Zimcare Trust and Econet to engage on critical issues around youth empowerment and community development.

We were honoured to showcase our work, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections with stakeholders who are equally committed to driving positive change across our communities.

Empowering Women in Ruwa

We recently met with the Women Affairs representative to explore ways to strengthen women’s empowerment in our community. Together, we’re focusing on:

✅ Formation and registration of cooperative clubs
✅ Market linkages for women entrepreneurs
✅ Practical trainings to boost skills and opportunities

By working together, we aim to create more opportunities for women to thrive, grow their businesses and lead change in Ruwa Ward 25.
