🔍 MYTH VS FACT: TITLE DEEDS VALIDATION AND SECURITISATION EXERCISE

There has been misinformation circulating about the Title Deeds Validation and Securitisation Programme. Let's separate fact from fiction.

✅ The programme is designed to verify, secure and strengthen property ownership records.

✅ Validation does not take away anyone's property or change ownership rights.

✅ The process is transparent and involves conveyancers.

✅ The goal is to create a modern, secure and reliable property administration system that protects property owners against fraud, disputes and irregular transactions.

Don't let myths shape your understanding. Get the facts, ask questions and make informed decisions about your property.
