His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is a visionary leader whose dedication to Zimbabwe’s progress continues to shape a stronger and more prosperous nation. Hon Minister Tino Machakaire Tinoda Machakaire has shown true leadership and commitment in the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training.
