After exposure, it can take 12-25 days for symptoms to appear. Remember, those infected can spread the virus even two days before and five days after symptoms show.

๐Ÿ’ก Symptoms of mumps can be general, like headache, loss of appetite, and a low-grade fever. The most noticeable signs are puffy cheeks and a swollen jaw from swollen salivary glands. If you experience these, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
