For the agricultural sector, Hastt offers a range of implements that are specifically designed to address the varying needs of the spectrum of farmers from the small-scale communal farmer through to the large scale commercial farmer. These are made up of the Haka range of animal drawn implements, and tractor drawn implements and farm trailers. Haka animal drawn products comprise the Haka Plough, R
idger, Cultivator, Harrow, Planter, Scotchcart, and the Watercart. These implements are made with the small-scale farmer in mind. Haka implements, together with their spare parts, are available countrywide through a network of distributors and agents. Hastt tractor drawn implements are designed for land preparation, fertiliser application, planting, cultivation, as well as post harvest handling. This product range is made up of standard and reversible disc ploughs, disc harrows, tine rippers, fertiliser distributors, station markers, precision planters, ridgers, cultivators, potato lifters, shellers and hammermills. These implements are available in a range of sizes to cater for the farmer’s size of operation. Spares for the tractor drawn implements are also readily available. Hastt also offers a wide range of trailers from the small utility trailer through to the heavy duty tri-axle trailer, dumpers, farm trailers and water bowsers. There is a wide range of optional features which can be built onto the trailers to suit specific customer requirements. In addition, Hastt manufactures fuel storage tanks of varying capacities.
