تأسست دائرة الطاقة في أبوظبي بموجب القانون رقم 11 لسنة 2018، لتنفيذ مجموعة من البرامج والمبادرات والمشاريع بهدف تحقيق مجتمع مستدام في إمارة أبوظبي.

للشكاوى والاستفسارات والمقترحات 800555 تأسست دائرة الطاقة – أبوظبي بموجب القانون رقم 11 لعام 2018، لتقود جهود تحول قطاع الطاقة في الإمارة مع التركيز بشكل أساسي على تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الاجتماعية، وضمان توفير إمدادات آمنة ومعقولة التكلفة من

الطاقة، وكذلك تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية

تتولى دائرة الطاقة مسؤولية تخطيط وتحديد توجّهات قطاع الطاقة في إمارة أبوظبي مسترشدة بالرؤية الحكيمة لصاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وحاكم إمارة أبوظبي، وتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي عهد أبوظبي، نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، ورؤية أبوظبي 2030 التي تهدف إلى بناء اقتصاد آمن ومستدام. وتشمل المسؤوليات الأخرى لدائرة الطاقة وضع السياسات واللوائح التنظيمية وتطوير الاستراتيجيات التي تضمن تحولاً فعّالاً لقطاع الطاقة بما يدعم النمو المستدام في أبوظبي، وحماية المتعاملين، وخفض التأثيرات السلبية على البيئة



Abu Dhabi Department of Energy was established in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2018 to driving the emirate’s energy transition efforts with a clear focus on creating a sector that promotes economic growth and social development, and environmental sustainability. Guided by the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and inspired by the Abu Dhabi 2030 plan for a sound, secure, and sustainable economic future, the Department of Energy is responsible for the planning and direction of Abu Dhabi’s energy sector. Our role includes enacting policies and regulations and developing strategies to ensure an effective energy transition that underpins Abu Dhabi’s sustainable growth, all while protecting our consumers and minimising negative impact on our environment.

حملة "السلامة في الحر" لعام 2026، التي تنظِّمها دائرة الطاقة – أبوظبي، تتضمَّن زيارات ميدانية لتقييم تطبيق إجراءات الوقاية من الإجهاد الحراري، وتوزيع مواد توعوية، وتنظيم نحو 70 ورشة توعوية، بهدف دعم ثقافة الوقاية والجاهزية في قطاع الطاقة.

دائرة الطاقة - أبوظبي’s Safety in Heat campaign for 2026 includes site visits to assess the implementation of heat stress prevention measures, the distribution of awareness materials, and 70 awareness workshops to support a culture of prevention and preparedness across the energy sector.

في إطار الحوار الدولي حول مستقبل إدارة الموارد ضمن أسبوع سنغافورة الدولي للمياه، أكد معالي الدكتور عبدالله حميد الجروان، رئيس دائرة الطاقة – أبوظبي، خلال مشاركته في الجلسة الوزارية «حوكمة المياه من أجل اقتصاد دائري» أن تكامل قطاعي المياه والطاقة يمثل محوراً رئيساً لدعم أمن الموارد، وتحقيق أثر مستدام يرفع جاهزية المنظومات لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل.

فالأنظمة الأكثر مرونة ليست تلك التي تكتفي بالتكيف مع المتغيرات، بل تلك التي تستند إلى رؤية تستشرف المستقبل، وتبني جاهزيتها على التخطيط المتكامل والإدارة الرشيدة للموارد.

As global dialogue turns to the future of resource management, H.E. Dr. Abdulla Humaid Al Jarwan, DoE Chairman, used his participation in the Ministerial Plenary "Water Governance for a Circular Economy" at Singapore International Water Week to make a clear point: integrating water and energy is central to securing resources and creating the kind of lasting impact that keeps systems ready for what lies ahead.

The most resilient systems are not the ones that simply adapt to change. They are the ones built on foresight, with readiness rooted in integrated planning and sound resource management.
