It’s been a busy month for the team across the British Embassy in UAE.

We bade farewell to our Ambassador, Edward Hobart CMG, whose three posting came to an end.

UK Ministers from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office; Ministry of Defence; Department of Business & Trade and Home Office hosted their Emirati counterparts at a series of meetings in London.

And the long awaited Free Trade Agreement with the GCC was agreed.

The UK-UAE partnership remains as strong as ever. 🇬🇧🇦🇪
