هيئة المعاشات - GPSSA نظام معاشات رائد ومتميز ومستدام وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات التقاعدية العالمية.

- أنشــئت الهيئــة بموجـب قانـون اتحـادي رقـم (6) لسـنة 1999، وتتولى هيئة المعاشات تطبيق أحكام القانون الاتحادي رقم (7) لسنة 1999 للمعاشات والتأمينات الاجتماعية وتعديلاته.
- يغطي التأمين المخاطر الطبيعية كالشيخوخة والوفاة والمخاطر غير الطبيعية كالعجز والأمراض والإصابات المهنية، ويشمل به المواطنيــن العاملين فــي القطــاعين الحكومــي والخـاص
- ويشترط للشمول بالتأمين التمتع بجنســية الدولة، وألا يقـ

ل العمر عـن 18 سـنة وألا يزيـد عن الـ (60)، واللياقة الصحية للعمل قبل التعيين.
- ويعتبر الاشــتراك إلزامــي ويتوجــب علــى جهــة العمــل التســجيل والاشــتراك عــن الموظـف خـلال 30 يومـاً من تاريخ التحاقه بالعمل.
- يخضع لأحكام القانون الجهات الحكومية الاتحادية والهيئات والمؤسسات العامة والمصارف التي تسهم فيها الحكومة الاتحادية إضافة إلى الجهات المحلية والخاصة باستثناء الجهات المحلية والخاصة في إمارة أبوظبي، والجهات المحلية في إمارة الشارقة.

- Established in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 6, 1999.
- The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is the responsible UAE-based federal authority mandated to apply pension and retirement benefits for Emiratis (males/females) working in a public or private sector in the UAE or GCC Region, given that they are between 18 to 60 years of age and are fit to work.
- Employers are required to register their Emirati employees with the Authority no later than one month from their joining date in order to ensure insured individuals, pensioners and beneficiaries enjoy salary contributions upon retirement.
