الإسعاف الوطني يعزز جاهزيته التشغيلية خلال فترة العودة إلى المدارس

مع انطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد، عزز الإسعاف الوطني جاهزيته التشغيلية لدعم السلامة العامة خلال فترة العودة إلى المدارس، من خلال التمركز المرن لسيارات الإسعاف على الطرق الرئيسية وبالقرب من محيط المدارس.، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية في مركز اتصال الإسعاف، وضمان جاهزية الموارد التشغيلية بكامل طاقتها. كما يواصل الإسعاف الوطني التنسيق الوثيق مع الشركاء الاستراتيجيين ضمن منظومة الاستجابة للطوارئ، بما يعزز تكامل وسرعة الاستجابة عند الحاجة.
ويدعو الإسعاف الوطني أولياء الأمور والطلبة إلى الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة، بما في ذلك ربط حزام الأمان، واستخدام مناطق إنزال الطلبة المخصصة، واتباع إرشادات السلامة المتعلقة بالحافلات المدرسية وعبور المشاة، والحصول على قسط كافٍ من النوم، وشرب كميات كافية من الماء، والاتصال على الرقم 998 في الحالات الطبية الطارئة.

National Ambulance Enhances Operational Readiness for Back-to-School Period

As the new school year begins, National Ambulance has strengthened its operational readiness to support public safety during the busy back-to-school period. Measures include the dynamic deployment of ambulances along major roads and in areas surrounding schools, heightened readiness at the Ambulance Communications Centre, and ensuring that operational resources are maintained at full capacity. National Ambulance also continues to coordinate closely with strategic partners across the emergency response system to support an integrated and timely response when needed.

National Ambulance also reminds parents and students to prioritise safety by wearing seatbelts, using designated school drop-off areas, following school bus and pedestrian safety rules, getting adequate sleep, staying well hydrated, and calling 998 in the event of a medical emergency.

نظم الإسعاف الوطني، بالتعاون مع مجلس شباب الإسعاف الوطني، مبادرة "المسعف الصغير البطل"، التي قدمت للأطفال تجربة تعليمية وتفاعلية تعرّفوا خلالها إلى أساسيات الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي والتعامل مع حالات الاختناق، إلى جانب التعلّم عن دور المسعف وكيفية طلب الإسعاف في حالات الطوارئ. وتأتي المبادرة ضمن جهود الإسعاف الوطني لتعزيز وعي الأطفال بالسلامة، وتنمية معارفهم ومهاراتهم الأساسية في الإسعافات الأولية منذ الصغر.

National Ambulance, in collaboration with the National Ambulance Youth Council, organised the “Junior Paramedic Hero” initiative, offering children an engaging and interactive learning experience where they were introduced to basic first aid, CPR and choking response, as well as the role of paramedics and how to request an ambulance in an emergency. The initiative is part of National Ambulance’s efforts to raise safety awareness among children and build their basic first aid knowledge and skills from an early age.

احتفاءً بـ اليوم العالمي للشباب، نظم مجلس شباب الإسعاف الوطني مبادرة «منصة حوار»، بحضور الدكتورة مايا طارق الهواري في المقر الرئيسي للإسعاف الوطني.

تضمنت المبادرة جلسة حوارية تفاعلية حول الصحة النفسية في بيئة العمل والصحة النفسية للمسعفين، وأهمية تعزيز بيئة عمل صحية وداعمة، بمشاركة وتفاعل موظفي الإسعاف الوطني.

وتأتي المبادرة ضمن جهود مجلس الشباب لتعزيز الحوار، وتبادل الخبرات، ودعم المبادرات الهادفة داخل الإسعاف الوطني.

In celebration of International Youth Day, National Ambulance Youth Council organised a “Dialogue Platform” initiative at National Ambulance headquarters, with the participation of Dr Maya Tariq AlHawary.

The initiative featured an interactive discussion on mental health in the workplace, with a particular focus on the mental wellbeing of paramedics and the importance of fostering a healthy and supportive work environment. National Ambulance employees actively participated in the discussion.

The initiative forms part of the Youth Council’s ongoing efforts to promote dialogue, encourage the exchange of experiences, and support meaningful initiatives across National Ambulance.

استقبل الإسعاف الوطني، التابع للهيئة الاتحادية للإسعاف والدفاع المدني، وفداً من قيادة الحرس الوطني في المقر الرئيس الجديد للإسعاف الوطني في أبوظبي، حيث زار الوفد عدداً من المرافق الحيوية، شملت مركز اتصال الإسعاف، ومركز التدريب بمرافقه المختلفة، واطلع على أحدث التقنيات وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في مراكز العمليات والاستجابة الإسعافية، إلى جانب تطبيقاته في مجالات التدريب، بما يعزز الجاهزية وكفاءة تقديم الخدمات الإسعافية.

National Ambulance, part of the Federal Authority for Ambulance and Civil Defence, welcomed a delegation from the National Guard Command to its new headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

During the visit, the delegation toured several key facilities, including the Ambulance Communication Centre and the Training Centre and its various training rooms. The delegation was also briefed on the latest technologies and the use of artificial intelligence across ambulance operations and emergency response, as well as its applications in training, contributing to enhanced readiness and greater efficiency in the delivery of ambulance services. .
