بالتزامن مع يوم المرأة الإماراتية 2026، نظمت ، ممثلة باللجنة النسائية بالتعاون مع ، زيارة ميدانية لمجموعة من موظفاتها للاطلاع على منظومة قطارات الاتحاد ودورها في دعم التجارة والنقل المستدام، واستكشاف فرص التكامل بين منظومة السكك الحديدية والعمل الجمركي.

وتجسد هذه المبادرة التزام جمارك أبوظبي بتمكين المرأة الإماراتية وتعزيز جاهزيتها للمساهمة في دعم مستقبل العمل الجمركي واللوجستي، بما يواكب مستهدفات دولة الإمارات لبناء كوادر وطنية مؤهلة، قادرة على الابتكار والمشاركة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

To mark Emirati Women’s Day 2026, , represented by its Women’s Committee and in collaboration with , organized a field visit for a group of its female employees to explore the Etihad Rail network, learn about its role in supporting trade and sustainable transportation, and identify opportunities for integration between the railway network and customs operations.

The initiative reflects Abu Dhabi Customs’ commitment to empowering Emirati women and enhancing their readiness to contribute to the future of customs and logistics, in line with the UAE’s vision to develop qualified national talent capable of driving innovation and contributing to sustainable development.

في خطوة تعكس ريادتها في مجال التميز المؤسسي وتطوير الخدمات الحكومية، حصلت على شهادة المواصفة الدولية التميز في تقديم الخدمات الحكومية (ISO11367:2025)، لتكون من أوائل الجهات الحكومية على مستوى إمارة أبوظبي تحصل على هذه الشهادة.

يأتي هذا الإنجاز في إطار الجهود المتواصلة لتطوير منظومة الخدمات الحكومية وفق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية، وبما يواكب التحسينات الجديدة التي تشهدها الخدمات الجمركية، والتي تمثل نقلة استراتيجية في مسيرة تطوير الخدمات الرقمية، وتعزيز تجربة المتعاملين، بما يدعم توجهات إمارة أبوظبي نحو الريادة والابتكار والتحول الرقمي المستدام.

In a step that reflects its leadership in institutional excellence and government service development, has been awarded the ISO 11367:2025, Service Excellence – Principles and Model for Public Service Organizations, becoming one of the first government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to receive this certification.

This achievement forms part of ongoing efforts to advance the government services ecosystem in line with international best practices and standards, while keeping pace with the latest enhancements across customs services. As part of its efforts to foster a culture of institutional excellence and embed leadership practices, Abu Dhabi Customs organised the Excellence Ambassadors Forum, bringing together representatives from various sectors, departments, and customs centres.

تحذر متعامليها من رسائل إلكترونية احتيالية تنتحل صفة الجهة، من بينها رسالة بعنوان «إشعار رسمي بحجز جمركي – يتطلب تصنيف التعرفة الجمركية (النظام المنسق)».

نؤكد أن هذه الرسائل مزيفة ولا تمثل مراسلات رسمية صادرة عن جمارك أبوظبي. يرجى عدم التفاعل معها أو الضغط على الروابط أو مشاركة أي بيانات أو إجراء أي مدفوعات، والتحقق دائماً من صحة الرسائل عبر القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة.

warns its customers about fraudulent messages impersonating the authority, including a fake notice titled “Official Customs Hold Notice – Customs Tariff Classification Required (Harmonized System).”

These messages are fraudulent and do not represent official communications issued by Abu Dhabi Customs. Customers are advised not to respond to such messages, click on any links, share personal or financial information, or make any payments based on their contents.

Always verify the authenticity of any message through Abu Dhabi Customs’ official channels before taking any action.
