Just found this photo of me shooting an interview with Uber Global last year, who were looking for a "funky hijabi rider" and for some reason someone at the time thought I was, so this was the first (or maybe second/third) time I was on the other end of the camera feeling far from "funky" - more like awkward, sipping on coffee, pretending to order an Uber, while thinking about the emails I needed to reply to and the work I needed to get done. You would've also thought I was just a cool human, taking cool photos, if I hadn't blabbed all that.
