ميناتو هي منصة إلكترونية لتعلّم اللغة اليابانية، تقدمها مؤسسة اليابان.
توفر المنصة مجموعة متنوعة من الدورات لمستويات مختلفة، تشمل التعلّم الذاتي والدورات المدعومة بإشراف المدرّسين. تتوفر الدورات بلغات متعددة، ويُقدَّم العديد منها مجانًا، إلى جانب إمكانية التواصل مع مجتمع عالمي من متعلّمي اللغة اليابانية. وللمهتمين بتعلّم اللغة اليابانية، تُعد ميناتو أحد الخيارات التي تستحق التجربة.

Minato is an online Japanese-language learning platform provided by The Japan Foundation.
It offers a variety of courses for different levels, including self-study and tutor-supported options. Courses are available in multiple languages, with many offered free of charge and access to a global learning community. 8月28日はUAE女性の日。UAE女性の功績と社会への貢献を称える日です。日本とUAEは2015年以降、シェイハ・ファーティマ・ビント・ムバーラク殿下のご後援のもと、UAE・日本女性キャリア開発友好委員会（FCW）を通じ、女性の活躍とキャリア形成を支援する交流を続けています。🇦🇪🇯🇵

August 28 marks Emirati Women’s Day, a day to celebrate the achievements and contributions of Emirati women to society. Since 2015, Japan and the UAE have continued to cooperate, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, through the UAE-Japan Friendship Committee for Women Career Development (FCW), supporting women’s empowerment and career development. 🇦🇪🇯🇵✨

🇯🇵 الكامابوكو هو نوع تقليدي من كعك السمك الياباني، يُصنع من الأسماك ذات اللحم الأبيض المطحونة ناعمًا، مثل سمك بولوك ألاسكا. وغالبًا ما يُخلط معجون السمك بمكونات مثل بياض البيض والملح والسكر والميرين، ثم يُشكّل ويُطهى. وبحسب النوع، قد يُطهى الكامابوكو على البخار أو يُشوى أو يُسلق أو يُقلى.
على مدى قرون، استمتع اليابانيون بالكامابوكو باعتباره مصدرًا مغذيًا للبروتين. ويتميّز بقوامه الناعم والمرن ونكهته المالحة الخفيفة. أما الأنواع الوردية وغيرها من الأصناف الملوّنة، فتُحضّر بإضافة ألوان صالحة للأكل قبل الطهي. 🍥

🇯🇵 Kamaboko is a traditional Japanese fish cake made from finely ground white-fleshed fish, such as Alaska po***ck. The fish paste is often mixed with ingredients such as egg whites, salt, sugar, and mirin, then shaped and cooked. Depending on the variety, kamaboko may be steamed, grilled, boiled, or fried.

For centuries, kamaboko has been enjoyed in Japan as a nutritious source of protein. It is known for its smooth, springy texture and mild savory flavor. Pink and other colorful varieties are created using edible coloring before cooking. 🍥

أوبون هو مناسبة لتكريم واستذكار الأجداد والأحبّة الذين رحلوا. 🇯🇵✨ ويُحتفل به بشكل رئيسي من 13 إلى 16 أغسطس، حيث تزور العائلات قبور أحبّائها، وتضيء الفوانيس ونيران الاستقبال لإرشاد أرواح الأجداد إلى منازلهم، وتجتمع للاستمتاع برقصات بون أودوري التقليدية. 🪭 وفي ختام أوبون، تُطلق الفوانيس العائمة على المياه لترمز إلى إرشاد الأرواح في طريق عودتها إلى عالمها. في معظم أنحاء اليابان، يُحتفل بأوبون في الفترة من 13 إلى 16 أغسطس تقريبًا، بينما تحتفل به بعض المناطق في يوليو. وفي أوكيناوا وبعض المناطق الأخرى، تُحدَّد مواعيد الاحتفال وفقًا للتقويم القمري التقليدي. كما تختلف عادات أوبون في أنحاء اليابان، بما يعكس التقاليد الفريدة لكل منطقة.🌊🏮

🏮 Obon is one of Japan’s most cherished traditions, a time to honor and remember ancestors and loved ones who have passed away. 🇯🇵✨ Celebrated mainly from August 13–16, families visit graves, light lanterns and welcome fires to guide the spirits home, and gather to enjoy traditional Bon Odori dances. 🪭 At the end of Obon, floating lanterns are released onto the water, symbolically guiding the spirits back to their world. In most parts of Japan, Obon is observed around August 13–16, while some areas observe it in July. In Okinawa and some other regions, the dates follow the traditional lunar calendar. Customs also vary across Japan, reflecting each region’s unique traditions.

8月12日は「国際青少年デー」です。世界の若者たちが果たす重要な役割と、その貢献に光を当てる日です(Shine)。UAE 🇦🇪 と日本 🇯🇵 の若者たちは、友情を育み 🤝、アイデアを分かち合い 💡、相互理解を深めながら、両国の文化をつなぐ大切な架け橋となっています 💫 🌍。

12 August marks Youth International Day to celebrate the important contributions of young people around the world. In the UAE 🇦🇪 and Japan 🇯🇵, youth play a vital role in bridging the two cultures by building friendships 🤝, exchanging ideas 💡, and deepening mutual understanding 💫 🌍.
