BFP Juban EMS Team B responded to a medical condition call at Brgy Tinago, Juban. Upon arrival, patient was transferred to ambulance. His chief complaint was feeling pressure on his chest. Initial assessment showed that he has elevated blood pressure and heart rate. Oxygen support was given. Vitals were taken and documented. The patient was safely transported and endorsed to nurse on duty at Irosin District Hospital for further care and management.

BFP Juban EMS Team B responded to a medical condition call at Binanuahan, Juban. The patient had complaints of vomiting and dizziness. Assessment was done, vital signs were taken and recorded and the patient was safely transported to Irosin District Hospital for further care and management.

BFP Juban EMS Team B responded to a medical condition call at Brgy Tinago, Juban. The patient was unable to urinate for one day. She also had abdominal pain and distension. Due to low oxygen levels, she was given oxygen support. Her vitals was stabilized and the patient was safely transported to Irosin District Hospital for further care and management.

🔥 "Fire Safety Tip of the Day"

✅ Suriin ang Pressure Gauge buwan-buwan. Napakahalagang i-check regular ang inyong fire extinguisher upang matiyak na gagana ito sa oras ng emergency. Siguraduhing ang needle ng pressure gauge ay nakaturo sa kulay berde o "CHARGED" zone. Kung ito ay nasa p**a, ibig sabihin ay kulang ito sa pressure (undercharged) o kaya naman ay overcharged, at nangangailangan na ng maintenance.

✅ I-check ang Locking Pin at pisikal na kondisyon. Siguraduhing ang locking pin ay "intact" o hindi natatanggal, at ang tamper seal ay buo at hindi bawas o sirang-sira. Inspect-in din ang katawan ng extinguisher: dapat ay walang malalalim na lukot (dents), gasgas, o kalawang. Tiyakin din na malinis at walang anumang dumi o harang sa loob ng nozzle nito.

✅ Panatilihing updated ang Service Tag. Ang label ng extinguisher ay dapat malinaw, madaling basahin, at nakaharap sa labas. Huwag ding kalimutang i-update ang service tag (may lagda at petsa ng huling inspection).

✅ Alamin ang tamang uri ng Fire Extinguisher. Hindi lahat ng apoy ay pwedeng buhusan ng tubig o basta-basta gamitan ng kung anong extinguisher. Napakahalagang malaman ang tamang gamit ng bawat uri upang hindi lalong lumala ang sunog.

✅ Sa oras ng paggamit, laging itutok ang nozzle o dulo ng hose sa paanan o base ng apoy, hindi sa mismong dila o itaas ng nagniningas na bahagi. Ito ay upang tuluyang maap**a at mapatay ang mismong pinagmulan ng apoy.

✅ Maging handa at laging alerto. Ang kaalaman sa tamang pagpili at paghawak ng fire extinguisher ay maaaring maging malaking kaibahan sa pagitan ng maliit na aberya at malaking trahedya. 🔥 "Fire Safety Tip of the Day"

✅ Iwasan ang "octopus wiring" o overload sa saksakan. Ang pagsasama-sama ng maraming high-power appliances sa iisang outlet o extension cord ay nagdudulot ng matinding "overheating". Ito ay isa sa mga pangunahing sanhi ng electrical fire o sunog dahil sa kuryente. Alisin ang mga hindi kinakailangang saksakan at gumamit lamang ng mga "power strip" na may built-in protection o circuit breaker.

✅ Mag-iwan ng sapat na espasyo sa mga appliances. Siguraduhing may sapat na "air space" sa paligid ng mga elektronikong kagamitan sa bahay gaya ng refrigerator, microwave, o computer. Ang kulob na pwesto ay nag-iipon ng init na maaaring maging mitsa ng pag-apoy. Ugaliin ding tanggalin sa saksakan ang mga appliances kung aalis ng bahay o hindi naman ginagamit.

✅ Maging wais laban sa electrical hazards. Ang maingat na pamamahala sa mga gawaing pang-kuryente sa tahanan ay proteksyon para sa buong pamilya. At about 1831H BFP Juban EMS Team A thru RV4 Ambulance responded to a transport crash incident which transpired along Maharlika Highway at Sitio Caladgao, Buraburan, Juban, Sorsogon. Upon arrival at the said location of the incident, two victims were found awake and alert (the motorcyclist and his back-rider) who both sustained soft tissue injuries, with the back-rider having a suspected head injury. It was reported that their motorcycle rear-ended a car while they were heading back to their home in Bulusan, Sorsogon via Irosin. The victims were transferred to the ambulance with the assistance from Juban DRRM Response Team, applied with proper interventions, and were transported to Sorsogon Provincial Hospital for further medical evaluation and management. RV4 Ambulance and crew returned to station at 2010H on the same date.

✅ Alamin ang lokasyon ng fire extinguisher sa trabaho. Sa loob ng opisina o pasilidad, napakahalaga na alam ng bawat empleyado kung nasaan ang pinakamalapit na fire extinguisher. Hindi sapat na naroroon ito; dapat ay pamilyar ang lahat sa tamang pwesto nito upang sa oras ng biglaang pag-aapoy ay mabilis itong makuha nang walang kalituhan.

✅ Kabisaduhin ang evacuation plan. Bukod sa mga kagamitang pang-ap**a, mahalagang pag-aralan ang blueprint o evacuation map na nakapaskil sa inyong workplace. Alamin kung saan ang mga itinalagang exit routes at emergency assembly areas. Ang maagang kaalaman sa tamang daan palabas ay susi sa isang organisado at ligtas na paglikas.
