نعمل على تطوير تجربة التقديم على شهادة عدم الممانعة (NOC) لتصبح أسرع وأسهل لمتعاملينا.

تتضمن خدمة شهادة عدم الممانعة المطوّرة الآن:
- نموذج طلب موحّد من صفحة واحدة
- رموز باركود ذكية لتسهيل وتسريع الإجراءات
- تفاصيل أوضح للخدمات والمرافق
- دقة أعلى للمخططات والرسومات
- حالة تعليق (HOLD) جديدة للمساعدة في تقليل حالات الرفض غير الضرورية

قدّم طلب شهادة عدم الممانعة مجاناً عبر موقع الاتحاد للماء والكهرباء، التطبيق الذكي، أو مراكز الخدمة الذكية.

We’re enhancing the NOC application experience to make it faster, simpler, and more convenient for our customers.

Our upgraded No-Objection Certificate (NOC) service now features:
- A unified one-page application form
- Smart barcodes for easier processing
- Clearer utility details
- Improved drawing accuracy
- A new HOLD status to help reduce unnecessary rejections

بفضل جهودنا المستمرة في تبسيط الإجراءات وتعزيز تجربة المتعامل، فاز مشروع «الموافقات الفورية للمناطق الجديدة» ضمن فئة «تسهيل الحياة» في الدورة الثانية من جائزة تصفير البيروقراطية.

وتتواصل رحلتنا نحو تصفير البيروقراطية من خلال العمل على تقديم خدمات أسرع وأكثر ذكاءً وتركيزاً على المتعامل.

Through our continued efforts to simplify procedures and enhance customer experience, the “Instant Approvals for New Areas” project won the “Making Life Easier” category in the second edition of the Zero Bureaucracy Award.

Our Zero Bureaucracy journey continues as we work towards delivering faster, smarter, and more customer-centric services.
