Municipality regulations play a vital role. We are guided by simple objective and that is “ Enhancement of Quality of Life in Dubai”. We are the first Department within Dubai Municipality to be certified to ISO 9001: 2000 and recently DCL achieved DAC certification to ISO IEC Guide 65.
