شهر آخر من الأدب والثقافة نختتمه معكم ضمن فعاليات لشهر مايو. حيث كانت جلساتنا حافلة بالمعرفة والفن والإبداعات اليدوية المتنوعة، كما عززت الروابط الأسرية والقيم الإماراتية احتفاءً بشعار هذا العام، ‘عام الأسرة’.

ترقبونا بينما نستعد للانطلاق في صيف مليء بالفعاليات والأنشطة الممتعة!



Another month of literature and culture concludes as part of our events for May. We held sessions filled with knowledge, art, and diverse crafts, which also strengthened family bonds and Emirati values in celebration of this year’s national theme, the ‘Year of Family.’

We’re presenting a series of workshops and interactive sessions inspired by the Flame Tree, with its symbolism of growth, renewal, and creativity. This month’s offerings will allow participants to explore new opportunities for artistic expression and community engagement.

مسيرةٌ شعرية امتدت بين التعليم والثقافة والتراث، شكّل فيها الشاعر الإماراتي عبدالله الهدية الشحي حضوراً أدبياً وإعلامياً عبر برامج وقصائد وإصدارات وثّقت لحظات من الذاكرة الوطنية، وجسّدت ارتباط الكلمة بالهوية.
من الإذاعة إلى المهرجانات، ومن العمل الثقافي إلى الإبداع الشعري، تبقى هذه الرحلة شاهدة على حضور لا يغيب في المشهد الأدبي الإماراتي.

رحلة تطبيقية في عالم القصة القصيرة.

تعرّف المشاركون في ورشة ’إتقان كتابة القصة القصيرة‘ مع الكاتبة لولوة المنصوري، على العناصر الأساسية فيها من البدايات المتقنة، إلى بناء الشخصيات وتفاصيل الأحداث، وكتابة نهايات مؤثرة. كما اكتشفوا أسرار السرد الأدبي من خلال تقنيات وأدوات تحوّل الأفكار الملهمة والتجارب اليومية إلى قصص قيّمة.

تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن مبادرة التي تندرج تحت مشروع .



Attendees embarked on a journey into the world of the short story.

In the ‘Mastering Short Story Writing’ workshop, led by author Lulwa Al Mansoori, participants learned the essential elements of the short story, from skillful openings to character development, outlining plots, and crafting impactful endings. They also discovered keys to literary storytelling through practical techniques and tools that transform ideas and everyday experiences into compelling stories.

This workshop is part of the series, under the initiative.

أطلق المشاركون في المرحلة النهائية من مسابقة ‘نجوم الشعر’ العنان لمواهبهم على خشبة مسرح .
حيث قدّم المتأهلون قصائدهم وأداءهم الشعري أمام الجمهور في أجواء امتزج فيها الإحساس بالكلمة، والحضور بالتعبير الأدبي الحيّ.
وشارك الحضور في التصويت للمتسابقين، لتتحول المسابقة إلى تجربة ثقافية تفاعلية تُبرز طاقات الطلبة في الإلقاء والتعبير الشعري.

The finalists of the ‘Poetry Stars’ competition unleashed their talents onstage at .

The finalists presented their poems and poetic performances to the audience in an atmosphere where emotion blended with words, and presence animated live literary expression.

The audience participated in voting for the contestants, transforming the competition into an interactive cultural experience that highlighted the students’ talents in recitation and poetic expression.

استمتع الحضور بأمسية شعرية ملهمة بعنوان ‘قصائد في حب الوطن’، استضافتها مكتبة الصفا للفنون والتصميم، ضمن مبادرة التي تندرج تحت مظلة مشروع ، في احتفاءٍ عميق بالهوية والانتماء.
حيث تجسّدت مشاعر الفخر بالوطن عبر قصائد نخبة من الشعراء الذين قدّموا رؤى معاصرة بين الحنين والذاكرة.

Attendees enjoyed an inspiring poetry evening titled, ‘Poems in the Love of the Nation,’ hosted by Al Safa Art & Design Library as part of the series under the initiative, in a profound celebration of identity and belonging.

Pride in the homeland was embodied in the works of a select group of poets who presented contemporary visions that infused nostalgia and memory.
