The Archive, in partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives (https://www.facebook.com/ALJCI) , is the first specialized library of its kind in the region, dedicated to Middle Eastern and North African Art Literature, in an attempt to promote the heavy artistic literary history of the region and its magnificent transformation into the 21st century. The Archive provides a non-commercia
l space for people to participate in book clubs, take part in design talks, engage in workshops, sign up for yoga classes, or simply read a book in the park. Situated within Safa Park, The Archive is a hub for a wide range of events that promote an active cultural community with both educational and physical activities all in one place. The Archive's diverse annual programming ensures that it is a space for everyone to enjoy, children and adults alike. Book launches, artists talks, outdoor film screenings, musical performances, workshops, physical activities and children's events allow each individual to personally engage and contribute towards the space.
