مؤسسة محمد بن راشد لتنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة هي مؤسسة حكومية تهدف إلى تعزيز روح الريادة في مدينة دبي من خلال إيجاد بيئة تمكين للأعمال تسهل تطوير الأعمال الجديدة وتحفز الأنشطة الريادية المتعلقة بالمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development (Dubai SME) is a governmental organization aimed at fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in the city of Dubai by creating a business enabling environment to facilitate the development of new businesses and stimulate entrepreneurial activities among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Dubai SME seeks to create a new generation of entrepreneurs by offering different training programs in the field of entrepreneurship as well as supporting SMEs (start ups and high added value SME) through Dubai SME Rating Framework which aims to stimulate the growth of this vital sector and empower it to contribute effectively to Dubai’s economic development.

بعد 21 عاماً من تقديم الدعم للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، تفتخر مؤسسة محمد بن راشد لتنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدعم أكثر من 48,945 من رواد الأعمال و13,506 شركة وطنية منذ تأسيس المؤسسة .
