تم، ببادرة من عدد من أفراد الجالية التونسية، تنظيم حفل عشاء على شرف السيد نورالدين دالي، القنصل العام بالنيابة للجمهورية التونسية بدبي والإمارات الشمالية، وذلك بمناسبة انتهاء مهامه بالبعثة ونقلته للعمل ببعثة جديدة.
وقد مثّل اللقاء مناسبة للتعبير عن مشاعر التقدير والامتنان للسيد نورالدين دالي، ولتثمين الجهود التي بذلها خلال فترة إشرافه على تسيير القنصلية العامة، فضلاً عن كونه مناسبة للتواصل وتبادل الآراء بين عدد من أفراد الجالية.
وفي كلمة ألقاها بالمناسبة، أعرب السيد نورالدين دالي عن خالص شكره وامتنانه للحاضرين على هذه المبادرة، مؤكداً اعتزازه بالجالية التونسية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، التي تضم عدداً هاماً من الكفاءات التونسية في مختلف المجالات، والتي تمثل رصيداً مهماً لتونس ومصدر إشعاع لها في بلد الإقامة.
وأكد أن مشاغل أفراد الجالية كانت في طليعة أولويات عمل البعثة، من خلال التسريع في الخدمات القنصلية وتحسين جودتها وتنظيم ثلاثة لقاءات كبرى لفائدة التونسيين المقيمين بدائرة الاعتماد والتواصل اليومي معهم ومتابعة مختلف الوضعيات، خاصة في ظل الاوضاع الاستثنائية التي شهدتها المنطقة.
كما تم التركيز على الحضور الايجابي لبلادنا بدائرة الاعتماد من خلال دعم المشاركات التونسية في مختلف التظاهرات الاقتصادية والثقافية والرياضية وربط الصلة مع عدد هام من الفاعلين الاقتصاديين.
وأشار القنصل العام بالنيابة، في هذا السياق، إلى أن الحركية الجديدة التي شهدها عمل القنصلية العامة خلال السنة الماضية تعود إلى المجهودات التي بذلها موظفو البعثة، وإلى مساهمة فريق العمل الذي تم إحداثه من عدد من الكفاءات التونسية بدائرة الاعتماد، إلى جانب التسهيلات التي وفرتها سلطات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة.
وشدد السيد نورالدين دالي على أهمية تعزيز التشبيك والتواصل بين أفراد الجالية، والعمل على توحيد الجهود والاستفادة من الكفاءات والخبرات المتوفرة، مع ضرورة التقيد بقوانين دولة الاعتماد والاندماج الإيجابي في المجتمع الإماراتي، بما يساهم في المحافظة على السمعة الطيبة التي يحظى بها التونسيون بدولة الإمارات، وتحقيق المزيد من النجاحات التي من شأنها الإسهام في خدمة المصلحة الوطنية.
كما دعا أفراد الجالية إلى مواصلة معاضدة جهود البعثة خلال السنوات القادمة، وتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق معها بما يخدم مصالح التونسيين المقيمين بدولة الإمارات ويدعم علاقات الصداقة والتعاون القائمة بين تونس ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
ومن جانبهم، أعرب أعضاء الجالية المشاركون في الحفل عن شكرهم وتقديرهم للسيد نورالدين دالي لما بذله من جهود خلال فترة إشرافه على تسيير البعثة، مثمنين ما أبداه من حرص على التواصل مع أفراد الجالية والإنصات إلى مشاغلهم ومتابعة مختلف المسائل التي تهمهم، ومتمنين له مزيداً من النجاح والتوفيق في مهامه القادمة.
وقد اختُتم اللقاء في أجواء أخوية عكست عمق الروابط التي تجمع أبناء الجالية التونسية بدولة الإمارات، وحرصهم على مواصلة العمل المشترك وتعزيز التواصل والتعاون خدمةً لتونس ولأفراد جاليتها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

At the initiative of members of the Tunisian community, a dinner was held in honor of Mr. Noureddine Daly, the Acting Consul General of the Republic of Tunisia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, on the occasion of the completion of his term and his transfer to a new mission.
The gathering provided an opportunity to express appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Daly for his efforts during his tenure at the Consulate General, as well as an occasion for networking and exchanging views among members of the community.
In his remarks, Mr. Daly expressed his sincere thanks to those present for this initiative, emphasizing his pride in the Tunisian community in the United Arab Emirates, which includes a significant number of Tunisian professionals in various fields, representing a valuable asset to Tunisia and a source of positive influence in their host country.
He emphasized that the concerns of the Tunisian community were at the forefront of the mission's priorities, through expediting and improving the quality of consular services, organizing three major meetings for Tunisians residing within the consular district, maintaining daily contact with them, and monitoring various situations, especially given the exceptional circumstances the region has witnessed.
Furthermore, emphasis was placed on Tunisia's positive presence within the host country by supporting Tunisian participation in various economic, cultural, and sporting events and establishing connections with a significant number of economic stakeholders.
In this context, the Acting Consul General noted that the new dynamism witnessed in the Consulate General's work during the past year is due to the efforts of the mission's staff, the contribution of the team established from among qualified Tunisian professionals, and the facilitations provided by the authorities of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Noureddine Daly emphasized the importance of strengthening networking and communication among members of the Tunisian community, working to unify efforts and leverage available skills and expertise, while adhering to the laws of the host country and fostering positive integration into Emirati society. This, he stressed, would contribute to maintaining the positive reputation Tunisians enjoy in the UAE and achieving further successes that serve the national interest.
He also called upon community members to continue supporting the mission's efforts in the coming years and to enhance cooperation and coordination with it in a way that serves the interests of Tunisians residing in the UAE and strengthens the existing bonds of friendship and cooperation between Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates.
For their part, the community members participating in the event expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Noureddine Daly for his efforts during his tenure as head of the mission. They commended his commitment to engaging with community members, listening to their concerns, and following up on various matters of importance to them, and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.
The meeting concluded in a fraternal atmosphere that reflected the depth of the ties that unite the members of the Tunisian community in the UAE, and their keenness to continue joint work and enhance communication and cooperation in service of Tunisia and its community members in the United Arab Emirates.
