condition so that it can be reused. Recycling is so important to the welfare of our community. Most people already know that recycling helps conserve natural resources. On the other hand, few know that recycling waste products conserves water, energy, trees, and helps reduce pollution in our drinking water and air. With the recent budget deficits in UAE, we don't need to recycle the petrol only, we need to recycle everything around us and energy must be conserved to save money. Conserving energy by way of recycling is a crucial environmental benefit. It takes far less energy to make new products and put them into working order using recycled waste than it does to make them from entirely new materials. الحمد لله نحمده ونستعين به ونستهديه ، إن مشكلة النفايات وتدويرها تعتبر مشكلة من أهم المشاكل التى تؤرقنا يومياً وكان من الصعب التغلب عليها وكانت تنفق الدولة عليها ملايين الجنيهات دون جدوى ولكن مع التقدم العلمى والتكنولوجى والاستفادة القصوى من تدوير الخردة والتغلب على المشاكل البيئية كان من الواجب علينا أولاً من الناحية العملية والإقتصادية وثانياً من الناحية الإسلامية أن نكتب بحثاً فى هذا المجال حتى نساير ركب التقدم والرقى والمحافظة على البيئة ملمين فى هذا البحث بأهمية تدوير المخلفات وطرق تدويرها والفائدة الإقتصادية من ذلك مع توضيح الرؤية الإسلامية فى ذلك ، راجين من المولى أن ينفع بهذا البحث المجتمع والبيئة .
