Jebel Jais is the tallest mountain in the United Arab Emirates at about 1,910 m, with its highest point about 350 m east of the border between Oman and United Arab Emirates at an altitude of 1,925 m (6,315 feet). Temperatures as low as -3 degrees Celsius have been measured at the top of the mountain in winter, with plans in place to build a hotel, cable car, paragliding launch ramp, golf course and ski slope following the opening of a road scaling the mountain from Ras Al-Khaimah.

After 5 days of surviving in the wild, Ray has successfully completed the survival challenge.

It’s never an easy task to step into the wild with nothing but a survival kit and sheer willpower, but over these past few days, we’ve witnessed a journey that’s been nothing short of remarkable and truly awe-inspiring.

From the toughest moments to the biggest wins, every step has shown resilience, determination, and grit.

بعد 5 أيام من الكفاح في البرية، نجح (راي) في اجتياز تحدي البقاء! 

ليس من السهل أبداً أن تخوض غمار الطبيعة وكل ما لديك هو حقيبة نجاة وإرادة صلبة، لكننا شهدنا على مدار الأيام الماضية رحلة استثنائية وملهمة بكل المقاييس. 

من اللحظات القاسية إلى الانتصارات الكبيرة، عكست كل خطوة معاني الصمود، الإصرار، والقوة.

Survival in the mountains starts with the basics. From filtering water and building a fire to adapting to the terrain, every skill can make a difference when facing the wild.

During his challenge in the Hajar Mountains, Ray continues to demonstrate the importance of preparation, resilience, and staying calm under pressure, proving that survival is not just about endurance, but about knowledge and skill.

في الجبال، سبيلك للنجاة هو إتقان الأساسيات، ابتداءً من تأمين المياه وإشعال النار إلى فهم طبيعة الأرض والتعامل معها، كل خطوة قد تصنع الفرق في مواجهة الظروف القاسية.
ومع استمرار تحدّي راي في جبال الحجر، تبرز أهمية الجاهزية، وقوة التكيّف، والتفكير بهدوء تحت الضغط، ليثبت أن مهارات البقاء لا تقوم على القوة وحدها، بل على الخبرة والمعرفة أيضاً.
