ضمن جلسة “من التدريب إلى القيادة: مسارات مهنية في الشارقة لإدارة الأصول”، استمع المشاركون إلى تجارب ملهمة لعدد من القيادات التي بدأت رحلتها التدريبية في الشركة، لتتطور مسيرتها المهنية وصولاً إلى مواقع قيادية.

جسدت الجلسة التزام الشارقة لإدارة الأصول بتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، وتوفير بيئة داعمة للنمو والتطوير، بما يفتح آفاقًا واعدة للمواهب الشابة لبناء مستقبل مهني ناجح.

وقّع سعادة الشيخ سعود بن محمد القاسمي، نائب رئيس شركة الشارقة لإدارة الأصول، وسعادة الشيخ راشد بن صقر القاسمي، رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي الشارقة للدراجات، مذكرة تفاهم تهدف إلى إرساء إطار استراتيجي للتعاون بين الجانبين، بما يدعم تطوير رياضة الدراجات، ويعزز المبادرات الرياضية والمجتمعية، ويسهم في ترسيخ مكانة إمارة الشارقة كوجهة رائدة في الرياضة والتنمية المستدامة.

His Excellency Sheikh Saud bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of Sharjah Asset Management, and His Excellency Sheikh Rashid bin Saqer Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Cycling Club, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a strategic framework for cooperation, support the development of cycling, strengthen sports and community initiatives, and reinforce Sharjah’s position as a leading destination for sport and sustainable development.
