دائرة القضاء في الشارقة منظومة قضائية مستقلة وفعالة تحقق العدالة وسيادة القانون

نظّم معهد الشارقة للعلوم القضائية برنامج "الضبطية القضائية"، الذي انطلق في 31 أغسطس ويستمر حتى 9 سبتمبر، وذلك في إطار جهوده الرامية إلى تعزيز المعرفة القانونية، ورفع كفاءة الكوادر في فهم اختصاصات ومهام مأموري الضبط القضائي، والإجراءات المرتبطة بها، وفق الأطر القانونية المعتمدة.
وتناول البرنامج عدداً من المحاور التي تسهم في ترسيخ الوعي القانوني، وتطوير المهارات العملية للمشاركين، بما يدعم جودة الأداء، ويعزز التكامل بين الجهات المعنية في خدمة العدالة وسيادة القانون.

The Sharjah Judicial Sciences Institute organised the “Judicial Enforcement” programme, which commenced on 31 August and runs until 9 September, as part of its efforts to strengthen legal knowledge and enhance participants’ understanding of the powers, responsibilities, and procedures of judicial enforcement officers in accordance with the applicable legal frameworks.
The programme covered a range of topics aimed at promoting legal awareness and developing participants’ practical skills, contributing to improved performance quality and strengthening coordination among relevant entities in support of justice and the rule of law.

تحت شعار يوم المرأة الإماراتية "بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل"، يسلّط مجلس شباب دائرة القضاء الضوء على نماذج من الكفاءات الإماراتية النسائية التي تجسّد حضور المرأة الفاعل وإسهاماتها المتميزة في مختلف ميادين العمل.
من القضاء والعدالة إلى الهندسة والعمل الشبابي، تواصل المرأة الإماراتية مسيرة حافلة بالعطاء والإنجاز، مؤكدةً دورها كشريك فاعل في خدمة المجتمع، ودعم مسيرة التنمية، والمساهمة في صناعة مستقبل أكثر طموحاً وازدهاراً.




Under the Emirati Women’s Day theme, "We Rise Stronger and Better," the Sharjah Judicial Department Youth Council highlights inspiring examples of Emirati women whose achievements reflect their active presence and distinguished contributions across various fields.
From the judiciary and justice sector to engineering and youth engagement, Emirati women continue a remarkable journey of contribution and achievement, reaffirming their role as active partners in serving society, advancing national development, and helping shape a more ambitious and prosperous future.

احتفلت دائرة القضاء بالشارقة بيوم المرأة الإماراتية، من خلال فعالية نظمتها تحت شعار "بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل"، بحضور سعادة القاضي الدكتور محمد عبيد الكعبي، رئيس دائرة القضاء بالشارقة، وسعادة القاضي الدكتورة سلامة الكتبي، رئيس دائرة التفتيش القضائي، وسعادة القاضي الدكتور عمر الغول، رئيس المحاكم الابتدائية، وسعادة الشيخ فيصل المعلا، الأمين العام لمجلس القضاء، وعدد من موظفات الدائرة، وذلك احتفاءً بما حققته المرأة الإماراتية من إنجازات وإسهامات نوعية في مختلف المجالات، ودورها كشريك فاعل في مسيرة التنمية الوطنية الشاملة.
وشهدت الفعالية إطلاق "مجلس المرأة في دائرة القضاء"، تأكيداً على حرص الدائرة على دعم المرأة وتعزيز حضورها في بيئة العمل المؤسسية، وتوفير بيئة تساعدها على التطور والإنجاز وصناعة الأثر، بما يواكب تطلعاتها ويدعم مسيرتها المهنية والإنسانية.
وتضمنت الفعالية جلسة حوارية استضافت كلاً من القاضي الدكتورة فاطمة الرمسي، والدكتورة حمدة البلوشي، مدير الإدارة العامة للعدالة التصالحية، حيث استعرضت الجلسة محطات من تجارب المرأة الإماراتية ومسيرتها، وما تضطلع به من أدوار مؤثرة في الأسرة والمجتمع ومختلف مجالات العمل.

The Sharjah Judicial Department celebrated Emirati Women’s Day through an event held under the theme "We Rise Stronger and Better", in the presence of His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Judicial Department in Sharjah; Her Excellency Judge Dr Salama Rashid Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Department; His Excellency Judge Dr Omar Al Ghoul, President of the Courts of First Instance; His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Ali Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council; and a number of female employees from the Department.
The event also witnessed the launch of the "Judicial Department Women’s Council", reflecting the Department’s commitment to supporting women, strengthening their role within the institutional workplace, and creating an environment that enables them to grow, achieve, and make a meaningful impact, in line with their aspirations and in support of their professional and personal development.
The programme also featured a panel discussion with Judge Dr Fatima Al Ramsi and Dr Hamda Al Balushi, Director of the General Department of Restorative Justice. The session highlighted key milestones in the journeys and experiences of Emirati women and explored the influential roles they continue to play within the family, society, and across various professional fields.

وشملت مراسم أداء اليمين القانونية 6 قضاة نقض، و19 قاضي استئناف أول، ومحامٍ عام، و5 رؤساء نيابة مساعدين.

His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, witnessed on Monday morning the swearing-in ceremony of 31 members of the Judiciary and Public Prosecution in the Emirate of Sharjah, held at His Highness's office.
The swearing-in ceremony included 6 judges of the Court of Cassation, 19 senior appeal judges, 1 advocate general, and 5 assistant chief prosecutors.
His Highness the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah congratulated the judges and consultants, emphasising their pivotal role in the judicial and legal system. He highlighted their contributions to promoting the rule of law, safeguarding public and private rights, upholding the principles of justice and integrity, and reinforcing societal stability.

عقدت دائرة القضاء اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتكامل الجهود بين الجهات القضائية والأمنية، بما يسهم في تطوير الإجراءات، ورفع كفاءة منظومة العمل، وتحقيق سرعة ودقة إنجاز المعاملات ذات الصلة.
وناقش الاجتماع عدداً من الموضوعات التشغيلية المشتركة، وفي مقدمتها التحديات التشغيلية في نظام الأتمتة بين الجهات القضائية والشرطية، وسبل تطوير الربط والتنسيق، بما يعزز انسيابية الإجراءات وتبادل البيانات والمعلومات بكفاءة.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية استمرار الاجتماعات التنسيقية وتبادل الخبرات والمقترحات الفنية والتشغيلية، بما يعزز التكامل المؤسسي بين دائرة القضاء والقيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، ويسهم في تطوير الخدمات وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة في تنفيذ الإجراءات القضائية والأمنية، بما يدعم منظومة العدالة ويرسخ سيادة القانون في إمارة الشارقة.

The Sharjah Judicial Department held a coordination meeting with Sharjah Police General Headquarters as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and integration between judicial and security entities, contributing to the development of procedures, greater operational efficiency, and the timely and accurate completion of related transactions.
The meeting addressed a number of shared operational matters, most notably challenges related to the automation system between judicial and police entities, as well as ways to enhance system integration and coordination to ensure smoother procedures and more efficient exchange of data and information.
Both sides emphasised the importance of continuing coordination meetings and exchanging expertise, as well as technical and operational proposals, to further strengthen institutional integration between the Sharjah Judicial Department and Sharjah Police General Headquarters. These efforts contribute to improving services, achieving the highest levels of efficiency in implementing judicial and security procedures, supporting the justice system, and upholding the rule of law in the Emirate of Sharjah.

اختتم معهد الشارقة للعلوم القضائية برنامج "قضاة الغد"، الذي نُظّم بهدف تعريف الأطفال المشاركين بمفاهيم العدالة والقانون، وتنمية معارفهم ومهاراتهم من خلال برنامج تفاعلي جمع بين الجانب المعرفي والتطبيقي، وربط المفاهيم القانونية بمواقف واحتياجات من واقع حياتهم اليومية.
ويأتي تنظيم البرنامج في إطار جهود دائرة القضاء بالشارقة في تنفيذ المبادرات والبرامج الموجهة للنشء، بما يسهم في تقديم تجارب تعليمية تفاعلية مرتبطة بالمجال القضائي.

The Sharjah Judicial Sciences Institute concluded the “Judges of Tomorrow” programme, designed to introduce participating children to the concepts of justice and law, while developing their knowledge and skills through an interactive programme that combined theoretical learning with practical activities and connected legal concepts to situations and needs drawn from their everyday lives.
The programme forms part of the Sharjah Judicial Department’s efforts to deliver initiatives and programmes aimed at younger generations, providing engaging educational experiences connected to the judicial field.

نظّمت دائرة القضاء في إمارة الشارقة، بالتعاون مع جامعة الشارقة، الاختبار التحريري للمتقدمين لشغل وظيفة قاضي مساعد، ضمن مراحل اختيار الكفاءات القانونية المؤهلة للانضمام إلى السلك القضائي.

The Sharjah Judicial Department, in collaboration with the University of Sharjah, organised the written examination for applicants seeking the position of Assistant Judge, as part of the selection process for qualified legal professionals seeking to join the judiciary.
His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Judicial Department in Sharjah, accompanied by Their Excellencies, members of the Judicial Council, reviewed the examination process and the organisational procedures in place, reinforcing the principles of accuracy, transparency, and equal opportunity among applicants.
The examination forms part of the Department’s efforts to strengthen the justice system with qualified judicial professionals capable of safeguarding rights and upholding the rule of law.
