✅Շարունակվում է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրի և ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի
համագործակցությունը
Շարունակվում է Կրթահամալիրի և ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի (ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ, UNHCR Armenia) գրասենյակի համագործակցությունը՝ ուղղված ՀՀ ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման գործընթացի նախապատրաստմանը, ինչպես նաև Կրթահամալիրի դասախոսական կազմի մասնագիտական ներուժի զարգացմանը։
Համագործակցության շրջանակում հունիսի 20-21-ը կազմակերպվել է հերթական մասնագիտական դասընթաց՝ նվիրված քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց պաշտպանության և ապաքաղաքացիության կրճատման վերաբերյալ միջազգային կոնվենցիաներին։
Դասընթացի ընթացքում մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են ոլորտում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունները, քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հիմնական տեսական մոտեցումները, քննարկվել են գործնական դեպքեր և իրականացվել է իրավիճակային վերլուծություն։
Նմանատիպ վերապատրաստումները կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն ոչ միայն մասնագիտական գիտելիքների խորացման, այլև ոլորտում միասնական մոտեցումների ձևավորման և միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան արդյունավետ գործելակերպերի ներդրման տեսանկյունից։
Կրթահամալիրի և ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի (UNHCR Armenia) գրասենյակի միջև ձևավորված շարունակական համագործակցությունը նպաստում է կայուն ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերի ամրապնդմանը և ոլորտի մասնագետների կարողությունների հետևողական զարգացմանը։

Cooperation between the Educational Complex of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and UNHCR Continues
The cooperation between the Educational Complex and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR Armenia) continues, with the aim of supporting the preparation of training activities for the staff of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and strengthening the professional capacity of the Educational Complex's teaching staff.
Within the framework of this cooperation, a specialized training course was held on 20–21 June, focusing on international conventions relating to the protection of stateless persons and the reduction of statelessness.
During the course, participants were introduced to the international obligations undertaken by the Republic of Armenia in this field, key theoretical approaches to the protection of stateless persons, and practical case studies. The training also included the analysis of practical scenarios and discussion of relevant challenges.
Such training activities play an important role not only in enhancing professional knowledge but also in promoting a unified approach within the field and introducing effective practices in line with international standards.
The ongoing cooperation between the Educational Complex and the UNHCR Office contributes to strengthening institutional capacities and ensuring the continuous professional development of specialists working in this area.
