As Kulturverein Worte und Taten (NGO Words and Deeds) and Unbinding.Me I am proud to announce Crazy turn - ich bin bipolar as a new partner joing my network.
They are an "Association for the Destigmatization of Mental Illnesses" in Vienna, Austria. Aside from the amazing grass roots work they are doing, I love the "scratch my back, I scratch yours" honest collaberation with them.

As Mark Klenk and as the NGO “Words and Deeds” we invite you to join us to help a displaced orphanage in need. These orphaned children are now in Kyiv. Their very basic needs are covered, but there are no finances for school laptops or extracurricular learning.

With a mere 2000 EUR (~2200 USD), we can provide the orphans with laptops for learning and help make life in a war zone a bit more comfortable. We are in direct partnership with the NGO in Kyiv, who is helping on a social worker level, supporting them. They help inform us of the current needs of the kids and channel our financial and moral support to the orphanage. Take a look at the photos of the 8 children sharing the rooms together.

What's my next step?

I admit, the past couple years have been exciting time of learning and action, but I am happy to announce something new: I applied and won a "scholarship" for 6 months of intensive professional business coaching.

Thanks, Bureau Veritas, for supporting me in boosting my talents and allowing me to invest in myself. It is so wonderful to know that my job is standing behind me. The take-aways I will reap in the next six months will benefit many.

Although I have been leading programs in various countries to help people since the late 1990s, I have done intensive studies the past 2 years to freshen up on my skills. These are just my latest certificates that landed in my mailbox last week.

My excitement for future projects is evident in my smile. I am also proud to be a part of great organizations, where I can invest my talents and energy. Looking forward to creating new and modern mental health awareness seminars, giving writers at risk and imprisoned writers a global voice, supporting Ukraine on many levels and last, but not least, following my passion as a writer.

It was an honor for me to read my poetry at the Belvedere Museum as a special guest at Bouthaina Alila's "Begegnungen/Encounters" tour. It was so special to connect to the heart of these people and with the art itself.

We led it in German with Ukrainian translation. The exhibit is amazing, so please go if you can! For the 23rd of April and the 28th of May we are organizing more poetic encounters in the museum. Looking forward to it!

Ich freue mich so sehr, "Ehrengast" von Belvedere Museum und Bouthaina Alila zu sein! Diese Ausstellung ukrainischer Künstler*innen ist unglaublich toll.

Am 12.03., 23.04. und 28.05. gestalten wir poetische Begegnungen im Museum. Ich darf diese Führungen mitgestalten, zusammen mit Bouthaina moderieren, meine Gedichte lesen und auch ausgewählte Texte von ukrainischen Dichter*innen.

Die Führung ist auf Deutsch und Ukrainisch. Wir werden die Malerei mit Lyrik begegnen. Wir werden Geschichte mit unseren Emotionen begegnen. Wir werden uns begegnen.

Es ist eine Ehre diese Events mit Bouthaina Alila zu gestalten. Sie kann Geschichte und Kunst zum Tanzen bringen...
