: RE-INCITE reaches its midterm milestones – turning circular strategies into action! ♻️

Here are the 5 key milestones achieved so far:

📊 1. Completed a detailed cross-sectoral supply chain analysis across German, Italian, and Austrian regions to identify reusable industrial waste streams.

🏙️ 2. Launched the RE:THINKING Pop-Up Space in Stuttgart, which successfully evolved from a local experiment into a thriving cross-border community. Partners extended the project's reach by showcasing the exhibition at major events like Berlin and .

🤝 3. Welcomed Regio Basiliensis as a new partner, bringing valuable knowledge and experience to the project. This shows how successful European projects remain agile, enriching their strategy to pilot solutions across the Alps.

💡 4. Hosted the “Circular Economy in Urban Contexts” online event in November 2025, uniting cities and industries to tackle implementation barriers to innovative approaches, with insights from experts.

🎨 5. Began a pilot in Pordenone where partner COMET collaborates with the municipality to revalorize metal scrap through art, creatively demonstrating how industrial by-products can become cultural and economic assets.

🔜 Next steps: Finalizing pilot strategies and delivering policy recommendations to EUSALP.

Who says European projects can’t be hubs of creativity? 🤔🇪🇺

Far from that, creativity is the engine driving new concepts and services that solve our everyday problems. Today, on , we celebrate the minds turning ideas into tangible reality across the Alpine Space.

Here are 3 concrete examples of innovation in action in our project outputs:

🗺️ MOSAIC: An interactive webGIS atlas visualizing climate risks to protect Alpine forests.
📚 I-SWAMP: An educational booklet empowering youth (ages 6-14) to save wetlands.
⚡ CERVINO: A user-friendly data platform accelerating the energy transition.

These are just a snapshot of hundreds of initiatives making a real difference. 🌍✨
