Young Negotiator Initiative Where young professionals meet international negotiation experts and seasoned practitioners to participate in negotiating our future.

This Initiative aims to help young people to re-imagine the way people communicate, negotiate and cooperate with each other. The YNI network provides the knowledge and experience (certified trainers - Harvard Concept, PCM, LOD etc.) as well as the latest tools (Negovation - SaaS IT solution) to

successfully train and mentor tomorrow's decision-makers | pioneers & thinkers. The Young Negotiator (YN) Initiative was founded in cooperation with the Vienna School of Negotiation and invites interested students as well as young professionals to claim their place at the negotiation table and to expand their professional and personal skillset regarding negotiation, cooperation, communication and conflict. The goal is to strengthen the abilities of the young generation in dealing with differences, so in professional conduct of negotiations, in order to support intercultural and intergenerational cooperation concerning the challenges of our time.
