🦋Origami Week⛵
This week, children immersed themselves in the creative world of Origami Week, exploring the traditional art of paper folding through a variety of hands-on experiences. Throughout the week, children demonstrated patience, concentration and creativity as they transformed simple sheets of paper into a range of exciting creations.
Children enjoyed making origami animals, bookmarks, chatterboxes, hats and boats, following step-by-step instructions and challenging themselves to master new folding techniques. These experiences encouraged problem-solving, perseverance and fine motor skill development while allowing children to express their individuality through their unique designs.
The week also featured a variety of fun competitions, where children enthusiastically participated, challenged themselves and celebrated each other's achievements. These opportunities promoted positive social interactions, teamwork, resilience and confidence as children engaged in friendly competition and supported their peers.
It was wonderful to see children taking pride in their creations, sharing their skills with others and embracing new challenges throughout the week. Their enthusiasm, creativity and determination made Origami Week a fantastic success! 🎉✨
