Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Bloke’s Brunch last Wednesday in celebration of Men’s Health Week 2026!

It was wonderful to see so many community members come together on a beautiful day to connect, share conversations, learn about local support services, and enjoy a relaxed morning at the Nailsworth Community Shed 🌞

A special thank you to our guest speakers, Prospect and Blair Athol Lions Club and Thecannoliboxco., The W: Walkerville Recreation Centre and everyone who helped make the event such a success.

A sustainable living talk in preparation for Plastic Free July will follow the tour at Nailsworth Community Centre from 1:45-2:45pm. You can attend both or just one.

Don't forget that Payinthi, including our Council office, Prospect Library and Newmarch Gallery, will be closed today, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟴 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 for the King's Birthday public holiday.

Calls made to 8269 5355 will be transferred to our after-hours service. Our online services will remain available, and you can return your library items (excluding large toys) in our after-hours return chute on Prospect Road.

All Council services will resume from 9am tomorrow, Tuesday 9 June 2026.
