- Marion Bay is a super gorgeous place with everything worth seeing an easy 10 mins from each other
- pancakes and wine provided

Genuinely one of the most breathtaking locations in SA, this lil home we stayed in was perfect for a long weekend and the surrounding accommodations were perfect for taking friends with us. Being only 5 mins from each other we had a great amount of privacy and accessibility to the people we came with, with The Sanctuary being the perfect gathering place.

Absolutely loved it, could not recommend it more 🥰

✨a delicious $70 set menu that made me go back for seconds ✨

Highlights

- THE QUINCE DESSERT 🔥🔥🔥

As someone who’s only been here for their high tea (which is also bussin) I was SUPER stoked to head here for a cheeky lil dinner.

Verdict? Yes. Just. Yes.

If you haven’t been before, every seat is gloriously comfy. The food is good and the noise level (a crucial element) is well managed. Great date option, great dinner option.

Lenox Avenue $1 dumplings Mondays

Randomly stumbled across this INSANE deal via a post by a local publication (I think maybe broadsheet?) and simply HAD to go check it out.

The dumplings? Bussing. The deal? Unbelievable.

Simply buy a drink with your meal on Mondays to unlock it. I feel like they’ll stop this one soon cause it’s SO good so go try it asap 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Highlights
- one long table in a warehouse was super funky
- only five items on the menu
- super cool concept
- tasty Shoyu ramen with a chicken broth 🔥

I put this bad boy on a list and asked you all to de-influence me and not ONE of you could. So, obviously, I had to go try it 🙂‍↕️

And then a week later I went again (oops).

As someone with a ✨mild pork allergy✨ the chicken broth was tasty and wholly appreciated, with the sliced chicken a really nice touch I haven’t had on ramen before. Although it is hard to match up to the bangin ramen I’ve had in Japan (our last place was Michelin listed which I think is an unfair advantage), it was definitely one of the best in Adelaide. I wouldn’t mind a little shared plate of sauces or additional flavours you could option in but all in all, tasty and perfect for winter 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
