⭐️The Embassy would not exist without volunteers. They are the backbone of our organisation and at the heart of everything we do.

💜 The Embassy of Ideas Community Potluck Dinner is all about the positive power of sharing a meal together to build connections in our community.
🩷 A potluck dinner is a communal meal where everyone contributes something. Bring a dish or an item toward dinner - can be store bought or homemade. BYO drinks.
💛By sharing a meal with friends, neighbours and strangers, together we can grow community.

🎉Another fabulous night of community connections at the Embassy
🙏Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday for another free community dinner. With Murrindindi Shire Council supplying the yummy roast beef and gravy rolls, and the Embassy putting on an assortment of pavlovas for dessert.
👫What a wonderful way to meet new friends and connect with familiar faces. There was over 110 people in attendance – even a few rain showers didn’t deter the crowds!
🍲Sometimes the best thing we can do is come together, share a meal, catch up and check in on our neighbours. These dinners are all about building community connections and strengthening our resilience — simply by sharing a meal and spending time together.
💞It is so important right now to continue to look out for each other. Let's keep talking. Keep checking in. And showing up with kindness and compassion. Because community matters 🌻

❤ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 will be starting this week on 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥.
👉 A weekly mosaics group for fire impacted community members. A place to connect, create, and be together. Turning fragments into connection through mosaics.
⭐Bring along any items you have salvaged to include in your own creative mosaic projects.
🙌 We are thrilled to have Jane Fraga - Marysville local and experienced mosaic creator, volunteer to share her knowledge and provide guidance for the first 2 sessions on Wed 8th & 15th April.
🔨Basic tools and initial mosaic supplies provided. Cost per session is $5
🌼No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.
