Great day at the Sarina Show 2026, the weather didn't dampen our spirits or ruin the day.
Some possible new recruits in 10+ years time.
Bushy was asked to perform CPR on Surf Life Savers mannequin, he accomplished the task perfectly.
Great end to the show by being requested to being part of the Grand Parade. (Short video in comments)

Thanks to all those that visited our stand.

This Rural Fire Week, we recognise and thank the incredible volunteers of our Rural Fire Brigades.

Have a bushfire plan, stay informed, and check their local bushfire risk at: https://www.fire.qld.gov.au/postcode-checker.

To every Rural Fire Brigade volunteer across the Mirani electorate and beyond, thank you for your selfless service, dedication and sacrifice. Our communities are safer because of you.

This Rural Fire Week, we recognise and thank the incredible volunteers of our Rural Fire Brigades.

Their commitment doesn’t start and end with a single week of recognition. Every week of the year, they give up their time to protect our communities, often leaving their families, workplaces and farms at a moment’s notice to answer the call.

With forecasts indicating the potential for a challenging bushfire season ahead, now is the time for all of us to be prepared. I encourage everyone to have a bushfire plan, stay informed, and check their local bushfire risk at: https://www.fire.qld.gov.au/postcode-checker.

To every Rural Fire Brigade volunteer across the Mirani electorate and beyond, thank you for your selfless service, dedication and sacrifice. Our communities are safer because of you.
