✨Tatura & Swan Hill✨ Long term rental accommodation

We have long term rental accommodation being released in stages over the next few months! The units are mostly 1-2 bedrooms and brand new.

To be eligible you must be already registered on the Victorian Housing Register (VHR) and:

🏠Tatura - over 55 (single or couple), or a single parent family with one or two children

🏠Swan Hill - be in receipt of aged pension, disability, jobseeker or parenting payment.

If you are an eligible concession household, you can apply for the Victorian Government's $100 power saving bonus program.

You will need to provide identification, a recent electricity bill and an eligible concession card. It closes 31st March! Only one payment per household is available.
