Hello there! Sorry it has been so long in getting back to you!
I've finally got some good news for the many of you who wanted to know HOW DO I GET STARTED AS AN NDIS PROVIDER?

ok - so the assumption was that the business you wanted to start wasn't as a Mable or Hire It worker with an ABN and appropriate accreditation and licenses. The feedback was -No I've been there and done that I want to be accredited as an NDIS Provider - registered with the NDIA.

So after some research amongst NDIS start ups and advice from the more established businesses who generously gave guidance here's the process -

Option 1 - apply through the NDIS portal. Get the paperwork - fill in the paperwork have an Audit done - revise the paperwork - get the Audit done again and so on till you get it right.

Option 2 - buy a series of templates that you fill in from a supplier of NDIS application templated documents. Fill in the paperwork get Audit company to review and so on.

Option 3 - go to an NDIS accreditation service that guarantee you will pass the Audit or MONEY back. Get referred to a service provider who will set up your Work Health and Safety documentation, Employment contracts and Awards payment advice - so that you are not only NDIA compliant but Worksafe and Fairwork compliant too!

Seems to me a no-brainer - OPTION 3 - wins by a mile.

REMEMBER - the NDIS needs competent caring providers who are ethical and provide value for money - everyone knows an NDIS participant family - might even be your own. Support well managed providers and cull the cowboys!

NDIS.online will send you the letter once a month ( to free and paid subscribers). We are also looking to open a Zoom forum for subscribers where you cabin ask questions and receive info 'live".

We are about to launch a BETA version of the new site and Facebook access portal of the complete NDIA service directory with Client Feedback for you to rate the service you received. Should be ready by end of March 2019.
