Week Three of the Ballet Bikers (cool team name hey) Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Program (CST) and the session today was on food. YUM!

We covered lots of interesting food topics, favourite cuisines, memorable food moments and traditions around food. A big hit was learning how to do a Tim Tam Slam, we had a couple of tries to get it right 😉

CST is an evidence based program run as small groups to gently boost memory, thinking and confidence through meaningful conversation and activities.
