I'm probably a bit stupid. I thought if we were going to offer a "Strategy Session" or "Discovery Call", that you should probably talk directly to me (Chris) and we should talk strategy. Turns out, other muppets think a "Strategy Session" or "Discovery Call" means "heavy sales pitch with junior sales person". 🤷‍♂️ Personally, I'd rather give value in calls.

Are people still buying property with buyer's agents right now? Well, while some people were nervous about the budget waiting for the government to make the first move, Kel, Mel and the team from Your Empire were able to snare a smart investment apartment for a very happy client.

Located in Marrickville, this one bedroom apartment offers a great layout, generous balcony, parking, and even a separate laundry on title. This is the 2nd investment we've purchased for this client and they're looking forward to this being a part of their portfolio for a long time to come.

While everyone else was refreshing news headlines every five minutes waiting for the budget, others were taking action to put themselves in a better position for the future.

Here's another superb example of what seasoned buyer's agents like Kel, Jon and the team are buying for long term clients right now.

2 bedroom with parking in Sydney's east. It might not be a sexy building, but there's no money to spend and a renter can move in tomorrow.

It's got great light, a large balcony and is in a brilliant location.

Given this is the 3rd property we've purchased for this client, new investors could certainly learn a thing or two.
