Bee There has been developing solutions that aim to benefit and improve children's learning. In 2007, the Director began her eduation journey through Early Childhood training. And by applying theory into practice s
he discovered a selection of methods can achieve identical Early Childcare Learning Outcomes. The service had an opportunity to present how her sufficient work practices are measured using the National Quality Standards, which received great results. In 2015, she furthered her qualifications in Early Childhood Learning, which lead to improved confidence and skills in planning, implementing and managing tailored children learing programs utilised by educators to benefit children. Luckily, she shared her talents as a mentor and supervisor for other childcare workers within Australia. In 2019, the Directors of Bee There collaborated to reflect on the challenges families are exposed to within the community. They found technology is the new normal and children's behaviours declined in outdoor play-based learning. Respectively, food & nutrition became the Director's next support focus for the families she educated at the time. She acted on the thought by achieving a Diploma in Food & Nutrition.
