The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service is calling for Expressions of Interest to lease a range of heritage properties within the Hill End Historic Site, including the Royal Hotel, General Store, Hosies and a range of accommodation cottages.
NPWS invites experienced operators to deliver heritage-appropriate, complementary uses that support visitors and contribute to the ongoing functioning of the village, in a manner consistent with Hill End's historic character.

EOIs are welcome for a single property or multiple sites.
NPWS welcomes submissions for one property or across multiple properties.
