Help shape the future of tourism and events in the Bathurst Region

Council is currently developing the Bathurst Region Destination Management Plan and Event Strategy 2026-2030 to shape the future of tourism and events across the region.

To execute this project, Council has engaged Tilma Group, one of Australia’s most respected regional tourism and events agencies. The Strategy’s development will run from April to July, and Council will involve Bathurst’s tourism and event industry in helping to shape the strategy through consultation sessions in May.

Council is seeking community input and feedback on this draft strategy. To read more and to provide comments, please head to Council’s YourSay page here:
