💜 16 Days of Activism – Bathurst 2025 💜

We’re proud to share a calendar of events celebrating community action, awareness, and solidarity during the 16 Days of Activism to End Gender-Based Violence.

Join us to raise our voices — and our noise! — in support of a world free from violence. For the main event on the 4th of December we encourage you to bring your drum, whistle, or any noise-maker and take part in our community march and activities.

This movement welcomes everyone – women and men alike – who want to see an end to violence and stand together for equality and respect.

💜 Don’t forget to wear purple and white – the colours of activism, courage, and feminism.

We’re partnering with Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Service to make sure young children with developmental delays or disabilities don’t fall through the cracks while waiting for NDIS supports.

Our sponsorship will fund two school terms of the Early Supports Program, helping Bathurst families access early intervention when it matters most.

While the Federal Government’s new Thriving Kids Initiative is being developed, we’re proud to act now alongside BECIS to support local children and families.

Our lovely BFSS office is undergoing some major plumbing work this week, which means we don’t have access to our building. We are still available via phone and email as we work from home for the week. Home visiting will still occur. We apologise for any inconvenience. Hope everyone has a lovely school holiday week !!
