We are looking forward to a great Term 2. It begins with a sleepover for our registered girls and attending Dawn Seevice for Anzac Day. There will be no Guides in week 2 on the 2nd May. Then we start on the 9th with an event for Mother’s Day. We had a few people show interest in starting, at the end of last term, we only have limited spaces left before having to start a waitlist, so any newcomers are asked to please message the page or email on [email protected]. We finished our term 3 with a wonderful outing to the Planetarium and then a lovely walk through the Botanical Gardens. We were all very proud to be wearing our newly printed shirts - a huge thank you again to Furriends for printing our shirts for us! We love how they turned out!

We are at the Beaudesert 150 years celebration today. Come down to Beaudesert State High School and take a ticket to win amazing prizes in our raffle. We are raising funds for our girls to go on Camp in October.

Once again our Guides did a great job of contributing to Clean Up Australia Day. Well done and thanks to everyone who came along to help!

We are looking forward to returning to Guides next week Friday the 2nd February. We will have a 9 week term and subs will be $72 this term.
If your Guide will not be returning please let us know. Thanks.
Hope you all enjoy the Australia Day Public Holiday this Friday and we hope back to school will be great for all the girls.

We are very grateful to The Club Beaudesert for their generous donation and support of our group. We will be putting the money towards shelving and new tables. Thank you again!

Yesterday we were very proud of the girls who came to help ‘Clean Up Australia’. It was a hot day and hard work, but everyone put in a big effort and we cleaned up about 6 bags of rubbish between Junior Chamber Park and down either side of the road and along the footpath. A huge thank you to the adult family members who also came along and to Ryan for the sausage sizzle at the end.

Crazy to think we have already nearly finished 2 terms of the year. We have had lots of fun and have had camps, campfires, gone on hikes and played with our catapult.
