When was the last time you played visitor in your own town? 🗺️

With neighbouring regions affected by fires and hazy conditions across North East Victoria, many of our usual visitors are understandably delaying their plans. This means our local businesses - the cafés, wineries, stores, makers and services that make our town vibrant - are feeling the pinch.

So this week, why not be a visitor in Beechworth? If you're able to, you could:

• Pick up a round of coffees for your mates or colleagues from a local café
• Take the kids to one of the local berry farms in Wooragee or Stanley
• Grab lunch or dinner out - try somewhere new or revisit an old favourite
• Finally buy that dress that's been calling your name from the shop window
• Make a booking for a wine tasting at the winery you've been meaning to visit

Every small action helps keep Beechworth thriving and supports the people who make our community special. 💛
