We had a wonderful morning with our Veteran walking group around Lake Weeroona. It may have been a little chilly, but the sun was shining, the company was great, and it was the perfect excuse to enjoy a coffee and a sneaky donut for International Donut Day.

Have you been along to one of our Veteran sessions, held at Bendigo Hybrid Fitness yet?

This workout brings together some great lifts, kettlebells and conditioning, exactly the kind of training they loved.

For veterans, fitness is more than training. It’s about maintaining physical health, supporting mental wellbeing, building routine, purpose and connection.
Families are welcome to come along and be part of the serving and ex-serving community that backs them.

instead of meeting out the front of Thrive Fit in Golden Square, we will now be meeting at the BBQ Pavilion Weeroona.

Sheds Showcase
On Tuesday, our talented Sheds participants showcased their creations and artwork across woodwork, metalwork, leadlight, art, and photography.

Featured Displays
Our Art Group presented a recently completed challenge titled “Water That Isn’t Blue”, while Boyd from the computer group displayed a collection of past and present photographs.
The event concluded with morning tea.
