We’re in the process of pruning nature strip and park trees in White Hills, East Bendigo, Strathdale, Ascot, Epsom, Huntly, Goornong and Elmore.

It is estimated these works will take 12 weeks to complete. Unfortunately there will be interruptions to traffic, parking, property and businesses, however we will do our best to minimise these.

The Customer Service Charter outlines the City’s service standards and response timeframes, with a focus on resolving enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.

The Community Engagement Policy demonstrates the City’s commitment to meaningful two-way engagement by actively listening and communicating transparently throughout the decision-making process.

Community feedback closes on Thursday October 1.
