We are thrilled to share that last week, Crusoe student Clementine Grat was awarded Highly Commended for Visual Arts at the City of Greater Bendigo’s annual RAW Arts Awards, held at The Capital Theatre.
​Her incredible installation piece, titled The Hidden Truth, featured a repurposed microwave that opened up to reveal a hidden world inside. The artwork received high praise and lovely feedback from the curator of the Bendigo Art Gallery.
​This is an outstanding achievement. In the 29-year history of the RAW Arts Awards, Clementine is only the second student ever from Crusoe College to win an award. We are incredibly proud of her creativity and hard work. Congratulations, Clementine!

Yesterday, Crusoe College took both a Junior and a Senior team to compete in the regional Boys Netball Tournament. After weeks of hard work and intense training sessions in the gym, our players and coaches took to the court buzzing with excitement and they certainly delivered!
​Our Senior Boys put on an absolute clinic, finishing the day with only one loss. Meanwhile, our Junior Boys showed incredible grit and determination, playing in multiple nail-biting, close games and proving fiercely competitive all day long.
​Above all, the boys conducted themselves tremendously, showing outstanding sportsmanship and making the entire Crusoe College community incredibly proud. A massive congratulations to all the players and a huge thank you to the teachers who dedicated their time to coach and support the teams!

The countdown is on, Crusoe community! In exactly one week, our Year 9 and 10 students will be sitting their Semester One Exams. While exams can sometimes feel a little daunting, we want our students to look at this week as an incredible opportunity. These assessments aren't just about showing what you know—they are the perfect training ground to practice vital exam skills like time management, handling pressure, and structured thinking.

The intermediate boys went undefeated in Pool B today, putting on a masterclass of teamwork, strategy, and skill.
​More importantly, they showed incredible sportsmanship and respect for their opponents from the first whistle to the last. You have made the entire school proud today. Well done, lads! 🙌
